Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone had a wonderful week and are all well. Someone special gave me this beautiful copper eye shadow and I just love it so much. This loose shadow is unbelievably pigmented and super bright! One swatch of this and the colour payoff is phenomenal. I immediately wanted to create a look with this, but also something that was wearable since this colour can be a little dramatic. I came up with this really easy and simple look that I think is appropriate for both day and night (depending on what face makeup and lips you match it with). Hope you enjoy!

Clinique Colour Surge Eye Shadow Duo #104 Strawberry Fudge, L'Oreal's Telescopic Shocking Extensions Mascara in Black & Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner in Black |
LET'S GET STARTED:
Before applying eye shadow, prep your eyes for the best results
- Apply your copper eye shadow to the entire lid.
- Ensure the entire eyelid has an even application of the shadow
- Using some matte brown eye shadow and a fluffy brush, blend from the outer crease inward to diminish the harsh line and create a softer look.
- With a makeup remover wipe (or likewise) clean up any fall out and neaten edges.
- With an eyeliner of your choice, line your top lash line (the wing isn't necessary, it just became a routine with me)
- Line your water line
- Tight line (line the area under your upper eyelashes)
- Ensure you are satisfied with the look (i.e your liner is on point, your eye shadow is well blended & everything is nice and clean)
- Apply a shimmery highlight colour to the brow bone and tear duct area (I chose something with a gold/yellowish base)
Finish off with your favourite mascara!
That's it! Simple and easy right? If you enjoyed this I'd love your feedback in the comments below. Also if you have any questions or suggestions let me know!
